Yall doing great! Pool is clean, complex is clean
We just renewed our lease for another year!! I absolutely love living here!! We have not had any major issues, and if something comes up it is addressed. Celeste helped us move in and she made the whole process simple !! The pool is the best part of being here itâs absolutely beautiful and well kept.
The staff are so friendly and its very easy process to getting moved in, they work with you depending on your situation. The complex is well maintained and clean. It's a pretty quiet place to live besides the fire station next door, it can be a bit loud at times. I've enjoyed living here so far and love going to the pool and the gym located in the complex.
I donât regret moving to the Alvarado Apartments. The staff as well as my neighbors have been great. Living and working downtown is wonderful because I can walk to work and not have to worry about parking issues
I've lived here nearly two years. The front office has always been on top of their game. There are things they can't control, but quick to keep us updated on estimated times of solutions. The walk downtown is a breeze. So, if you enjoy being able to enjoy downtown life and the capability of being home in a hop and skip, this is the place for you.
The whole team at Alvarado Apartment are so kind and welcoming from the moment you walk in and throughout your entire stay. Even as âbumps in the roadâ happen as they do naturally they quickly respond and do so professionally and with kindness.

The location of the apartments is close to pretty much anywhere. We liked that it is a gated community! So excited to be here!
I have lived there 8.5 years. It's convenient to downtown shops,restaurants and bars, as well as Silver St Market . Although downtown is some areas is a bit unpleasant, the area where Alvarado is located is in a tree lined area of Lead that is a popular walking spot due to it being in one of the better areas of downtown. Management has let me upgrade twice to larger apartments so there is flexibility if income, life changes etc allow for changes. The new apatments that have been upgraded are really sweet with new washer/dryers, flooring, shelves, cabinets, counters . Great new refrigirator/freezers etc.
