Absolutely amazing and welcoming staff. Shout out to Fabian. He was extremely knowledgable, charismatic, and understanding. He also took the time to show me each unit and answered every question and concern I expressed. I will definitely rent when the time comes. I will give updates when I move in a couple of weeks time. I love the entire staff at Alvarado. My maintenance requests are always addressed immediately. The freezer stopped working and I had a new fridge within 20 minutes. Top notch service!!

The leasing team was awesome, helping me to move in rapidly after my background check took longer than normal. The online signing process and the ability to also pay online helped streamline the process.
