I had the pleasure of speaking over the phone with Fabian a few days ago and my breath was just taken away by the level of knowledge and professionalism I experienced from him! He explained the information nice and simple unlike some other places I tried to inquire with. Iâm just starting my search but once Iâm ready to tour Alvarado will be my first stop. Thank you Alvarado for having people like Fabian working for your community!!!

Angela (new management) is by far the best property manager Iâve had the pleasure of working with and Iâve lived at my fair share of properties including worse ones than this. Coming from Puerta Del Sol (ranking top 5 in ABQ)! I can honestly say being a previous resident of hers- reading all of these other horrible reviews about Alvarado, if you donât move here for anything else then let it be for someone thatâll listen to you and treat you like family. Iâd say when it comes to these apartments, trust the process. Maybe go look at her reviews from her previous property, youâll trust the process too.

Absolutely amazing and welcoming staff. Shout out to Fabian. He was extremely knowledgable, charismatic, and understanding. He also took the time to show me each unit and answered every question and concern I expressed. I will definitely rent when the time comes. I will give updates when I move in a couple of weeks time. Thank You Fabian!!!
I love the entire staff at Alvarado. My maintenance requests are always addressed immediately. The freezer stopped working and I had a new fridge within 20 minutes. Top notch service!!
